Interior of a chauffeur vehicle

FOR TRAVEL ADVISORS & AGENCIES

Complete the itinerary.
Protect the relationship.

Local chauffeur support for advisors arranging Montreal transportation for business and leisure clients.

A supplier that works through the advisor

Keep the booker informed and the traveler cared for.

VIP Montreal helps travel advisors coordinate airport transfers, hourly chauffeurs, city-to-city journeys, groups, and event movements. The booking record should distinguish the advisor or agency contact from the passenger and define which updates each person receives.

Agency-ready workflow

Clarity from quotation to closeout.

01

Client-safe communication

Booker and passenger contacts are handled according to the confirmed trip instructions. Commercial information is directed to the authorized agency contact.

02

Documented terms

Rates, inclusions, waiting, changes, cancellations, billing, and any commission or net arrangement are agreed before service.

03

Operational visibility

Flight-aware planning, chauffeur and pickup details, material status changes, and service issues follow the agreed communication path.

04

Multi-service planning

Airport transfers, hourly itineraries, city-to-city travel, groups, and events can be reviewed within one client movement plan.

Agency introduction

Tell us how you arrange travel.

This is an initial partnership enquiry, not a trip confirmation or automatic commercial agreement.

Do not include payment card details, passport information, government identification numbers, or confidential passenger information.

Before you travel

Travel-agent partnership questions

Still have a question? Our team can help plan the details.

Speak with us
Can a travel advisor book for a client?

Yes. Provide separate booker and passenger contacts, and specify who should receive confirmations and trip updates. Every reservation remains subject to availability and confirmation.

Do you offer travel-agent commissions or net rates?

Commercial arrangements are reviewed individually and confirmed in writing before travel. Submitting an enquiry does not create a commission, rebate, or preferred-rate agreement.

Will the passenger see the price?

Tell us which information the passenger and booker should receive. We review the communication plan with the agency; invoices and commercial terms go only to the authorized billing contact.

Can you support several travelers or a complex itinerary?

Yes. Send the movement list, passenger groups, flight details, luggage, vehicle needs, and organizer contacts so the team can review a coordinated plan.
