Is this an employment application?

No. This application is for independent owner-operators who operate their own authorized vehicle and business. It does not create employment, guarantee approval, or guarantee trip volume.

What happens after I submit?

VIP Montreal reviews the information for coverage, vehicle fit, operating authority, availability, and service standards. If there may be a fit, the affiliate desk will request supporting documents through a separate follow-up.

Should I upload licences or insurance documents here?

No. Do not send identity documents, driver’s licence images, insurance certificates, banking information, or tax documents through this form. The team will provide follow-up instructions if documentation is required.

When may I begin accepting VIP Montreal trips?

Only after written approval, completed onboarding, and a specific trip offer that you have accepted. Submitting this form does not authorize you to represent VIP Montreal or serve its passengers.
